Why are there no or only 4 applications in the TOS Application Center?

This is because your TNAS device is not connected to the internet. Please go to “TOS Control Panel” > “Network Services” > “Network” > “Network Interface”, and then click “LAN” to edit. Please make sure that DNS has the same gateway and DNS as your computer to ensure TNAS will connect to the internet.
