Why can't the TNAS PC desktop application be installed on some computers running the Windows operating system?

The TNAS PC desktop application requires .NET Framework to enable it to be installed on a computer with the Windows operating system. Without .NET Framework, it is impossible to install the TNAS PC desktop application. If this happens, please install Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5 or above on your computer before installing the TNAS PC desktop application. The application only supports Windows 7 and above.
